CALM: Relaxation for Busy Professionals
CALM is a corporate wellness program designed to restore vitality and reduce stress. Yet, stress clouds our decision making ability and limits the brain’s capacity to accurately assess our surroundings. BALANCE: Biofeedback for Mind and Body
BALANCE is a corporate wellness program that brings technology to the role of relaxation. Biofeedback in an empirically-supported mind-body medicine modality that teaches professionals to develop self-awareness and the skill to return the body from stress to balance. Participants receive a personal biofeedback device for their use throughout the program.
CALM and BALANCE both include:
